New Poem Featured as Mass Poetry’s Poem of the Moment

Holy cow, I can’t believe this has happened…. But Mass Poetry, the organization that runs the annual Massachusetts Poetry Festival, has selected my poem “Cape Cod: A Geological Origin Story” as this week’s Poem of the Moment!

This is not only huge news in terms of the readership that “Origin Story” will reach, but also meaningful on a personal level. I’ve attended the Massachusetts Poetry Festival twice, in 2013 and 2018. So the fact that Mass Poetry, an organization that does so much for the poetry scene here in my home state and that I respect so much, has accepted one of my poems… I can’t even begin to describe how this makes me feel. ❤
